My Order
I've entered the wrong shipping address, what do I do?
It happens! Fill out the contact form as soon as possible and let us know where you need the order to go. We pack orders pretty quick, so you need to be quick..
When will my order be shipped?
As a rule of thumb, we pack and dispatch orders either on the same day or next day of purchase (business days only - excluding public holidays). While this happens 98% of the time, on our busy days (such as new releases and Black Friday) small delays may occur - nothing too bad though.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS - which will have your tracking details inside. If you can't find your shipping confirmation email, have a dig around in your spam or promotions folder - sometimes they end up in there.
I want to exchange/return a product, what do I do?
We understand that things don't always go how you imagined when shopping online. Good news, we are super lenient with returns and exchanges. Head to our exchange/return page to find out if you are eligible.

Do you ship internationally?
We sure do. Currently, we ship to most of the world. If we don't ship to your country, feel free to contact us and we will try to work out something for you.
Will I have to pay duties and taxes on my international order?
There is the possibility you will have to pay duties and taxes if you are an international customer of ours. All applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you are looking for direct information regarding duties and taxes for your country, we recommend contacting the relevant authority for your location.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payment via Credit Card, PayPal and Afterpay. Three forms of accelerated checkout are also available, these include Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
What currency is charged during checkout?
All orders are charged in AUD (Australian Dollar) during checkout. But currency can be changed in the top left corner to show your local pricing.
